What shipping options are available?

Please allow up to two weeks for shipping. Items ordered which ship in multiple boxes may not arrive on the same day. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

Standard Ground Delivery Rates

The standard ground delivery rate within the contiguous 48 states is based on the total shippingweight and the delivery zip code. Product generally will arrive in 3-5 business days from date of shipping.

Next Business Day Air Express Delivery Rates

Available on select items, for availability and charges please call Customer Service at 1-800-859-6399. Representatives are available 8:00am to 4:00pm MT, Monday-Friday, or email .

Note: Air Express Delivery Service may not be available for some oversize items, or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. All shipments to HI, AK, and PR require Air Express Delivery.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the merchandise total for each delivery address.

When is Sales Tax Charged?

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to New Mexico.

Can I change the delivery address?

We can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. To request a change, please email with your name, order number and new shipping address.

Can orders be shipped to a PO Box?

No, we are unable to ship to a PO Box. We must have a physical address for the service we use.

Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?

How are garden structures delivered?

Garden structures are manufactured for easily assembly and can be delivered by Standard Ground Delivery.
