Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you find it necessary to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already shipped, your order will be subject up to a 20% restocking fee plus all outbound, return or redirection shipping charges (this includes items shipped with "Free Shipping"). All cancelled orders paid by credit card will be subject to an additional credit card processing charge of 3%. To cancel your order please send an email to with your name, order number and request to cancel your order.
